Join Our Community

We host monthly onboarding calls. This call is your invitation into the fold. Whether you're here to contribute, collaborate, or just vibe-check what we're about, our onboarding session walks you through what we do, how we work, and where you might fit in. No prerequisites, no gatekeeping - just an open call to meet the team, explore upcoming projects, and find your place in the collective. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your camera (or not). We're building something messy, intentional, and radically supportive-and you're invited.

Monthly Calls

Where Ideas Meet Action

Our community runs on connection, not metrics. Each month, we gather online to share progress, spotlight womxn-led privacy work, and co-create what's next. These aren't passive webinars - they're collaborative spaces where real conversations spark real momentum.

Our Community Structure

We value all forms of engagement-each one crucial to our collective:

Core Contributors

actively lead initiatives, organize events, and drive our direction.

Members

participate in events, offer feedback, amplify our work, and keep our ecosystem alive.

Allies

support from adjacent spaces, connecting us to resources, advocating, and expanding our reach.

What Happens During Our Calls

The first half is all about celebration: uplifting womxn-led tools, research, and wins that deserve the spotlight. The second half gets strategic – updates, event planning, and shared decision-making. There's always space for open dialogue, where anyone can bring forward questions, concerns, or fresh ideas.

Our Philosophy

We've chosen intentionality over scale. Instead of growing fast, we grow deep-building a space where vulnerability is welcomed, disagreement is generative, and privacy is practiced as a collective right.

Sisterhood Initiative

No one should enter Web3 feeling lost or alone. The Sisterhood pairs newcomers with experienced guides for conferences, hackathons, and beyond-offering support, orientation, and real connection without awkwardness or ego. Whether you're brand new or deep in the space, it's about being seen, matched with care, and reminded that in Web3, sisterhood is infrastructure. Ready to be matched - or down to be the sister who shows the ropes?

Safe Events Initiative

Making Safety Standard at web3 Events

Making Safety Standard at web3 Events

We believe care is infrastructure. The Safe Events Initiative is a modular system that layers consent, inclusion, and accountability onto existing gatherings - from hackathons to conferences.

Privacy is Local. Safety Should Be Structured.

Privacy is Local. Safety Should Be Structured.

Online communities are powerful, but when we meet in person, power dynamics surface. This initiative supports community-led events by embedding safety protocols rooted in local realities, not one-size-fits-all checklists.

Built on Trust, Not Control

Built on Trust, Not Control

We partner only with aligned sponsors who respect community autonomy. No top-down agendas, no performative optics. Every partnership is vetted for integrity and transparency.

Help Line

Beta, but here for you

Sometimes you just need help-no introductions, no spotlight, just someone who gets it. Helpline is an anonymous form where you can reach out if you're facing a challenge, stuck on a tech issue, or simply need support navigating the Web3 space. It's not for financial aid (yet), but it is for the moments when Googling won't cut it and you need a human (or several) to have your back. We're still shaping how this initiative will work-how we respond, organize, and offer care-but the door is open. And we're listening.
